Irish Open Long Course Championships - Limerick

Limerick Masters SC will host the Irish Open Long Course Masters Championships on 6th and 7th March 2015 at the University Arena, University of Limerick.

A full programme of events is on offer starting with the 1500m event on the Friday followed by a full days swimming on the Saturday.

Extra Training Sessions - NAC

Aer Lingus Masters are putting on extra training sessions in the NAC on Friday nights from 19:30 - 20:30 on the below dates:

Jan : 9th, 16th and 23rd.
Feb : 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.

Format: 50m
Cost: €5.00 per session.

Derry Masters Gala 2015

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and here's wishing a very healthy and happy 2015! What better way to start off the new year than siging up to the annual Derry City Masters gala.

The short course gala takes place this year on Saturday 31st January 2015 at the City Baths.

Closing date for entries is Friday 20th January.

Celtic Masters Irish SC Open Championships 2014

Aer Lingus and NAc Masters are proud to announce that the 4th Annual Celtic Masters Championships will be held in the National Aquatic Centre, Blanchardstown, on Sunday the 19th of October 2014.

• Morning Session: Warm up 9am. Start 9.45am
• Afternoon Session: Warm up 1:30pm. Start 2pm.

Individual entries cost €6. Relay entries cost €12.

Group Lane Swimming Sessions

This brand new set of coached sessions are aimed at those who would like to improve their fitness, swim skills and technique. These sessions are ideal preparation for triathletes, open water swimmers and those wanting to build up to masters swimming.

Coaches: Peter Conway & Gerry Foley

Cost: €70 for a 10 week term or €8 per session pay as you go.

Commences Wednesday 3rd September 8 -9 pm.

Adult Swimming Lessons

Adult swimming lessons are starting back Thursday 4th of September. This class caters for everyone from complete beginners to those who want to improve their technique. There are 3 Highly Qualified Teachers on the Bank catering for all levels and classes are divided according to ability so that each participant gets the help they need.
