East Wall Sea Swim 'Dip'

Peter has arranged an Open Water Swim or 'dip' at East Wall Water Sports Centre this Saturday (22nd May) at 4.00pm.

Go on, get that first freeze out of the way!

Hot showers & a cup of tea provided afterward. 
Cost €2 per head.

Extended Dates for Friday night training in the NAC

Coached Aer Lingus Friday night training sessions currently taking place in the NAC, will continue into the Summer until June.

We will be there most Fridays with a few exceptions.

Irish Open Long Course Championships - Limerick

Limerick Masters SC will host the Irish Open Long Course Masters Championships on 6th and 7th March 2015 at the University Arena, University of Limerick.

A full programme of events is on offer starting with the 1500m event on the Friday followed by a full days swimming on the Saturday.
